The Bible
The Old and New Testaments are the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God—our final rule for Christian faith and life. (2 Tim. 3:16; 2 Pet. 1:20–21; 1 Thes. 2:13)
Salvation
All have sinned and are separated from God. Salvation comes by regeneration of the Holy Spirit through faith and confession in Jesus Christ. (Rom. 3:10; 5:12; 10:9–10; John 3:3–8; Eph. 2:8; 2 Cor. 5:17)
The Trinity
One God in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (Col. 2:9; Matt. 28:19)
Jesus Christ
True God and true Man; conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary, sinless, died for our sins, rose again, ascended, and is our High Priest and Advocate. (Phil. 2:6–11; John 1:1; 14:18,28)
Baptism & Communion
Ordinances for the Church—not means of salvation. We are justified by the blood and resurrection of Jesus. (Matt. 28:19; Rom. 6:4; 1 Cor. 10:16)
The Holy Spirit
Comforts, guides, teaches, and empowers believers. Every believer should be filled with the Holy Spirit with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues. (Matt. 3:11; Acts 1:8; 2:4,38–39; 19:1–7)
Prayer
We pursue a life of prayer—both with understanding and in tongues. (1 Cor. 14:15; 1 Thes. 5:16–18; Eph. 6:17–18)
Faith & Victory
Without faith it is impossible to please God. In Christ there is salvation, healing, provision, and freedom. (Heb. 11:6; Rom. 1:17; Isa. 53:5; 1 Pet. 2:24)
Marriage & Sexuality
Marriage is between one man and one woman; sexual relations are reserved for marriage. (Gen. 1–2; 1 Cor. 6:9–20; Heb. 13:4)
Sanctity of Human Life & Gender
Life is sacred from conception to natural death; God designs human gender. (Gen. 1:26–27; Ps. 139:13–18)
The Church
The universal Church is the Body of Christ; each local church is governed under the Lordship of Jesus. (Eph. 1:22; 1 Cor. 12:12–14)
The Return of Christ & Resurrection
The rapture of the Church, the millennial reign, the resurrection of the just and unjust. (1 Thes. 4:16–17; Rev. 20:6; Heb. 9:27–28)
